I bought this software on September 24, 2010. It didn`t work as expected. After contacting their support team, they couldn`t get it to work via remote service either. They then asked me to send the database to them. They sent me some .pst files twice, but for the mailboxes I needed, the result wasn`t good at all. From about 90% of the emails, only the headers would be present, but the mails itself were empty. I contacted them several times and then claimed under the 30 days money back guarantee. Till today (February 24, 2011) I did not get any meaningful response or my money back.
